Raised in Greece, shaped by the rich dual heritage of my Greek father and Cypriot mother. Their cultures filled my early life with language, history, and a deep love for the arts. From a young age, I turned to sketching and painting as a way to express emotion — a private visual language that grew alongside my fascination with words.

For most of my life, I worked as a literary translator and language lecturer, moving between languages and the worlds they open. I now live in the North of England, where the shifting light and landscapes continue to influence my creative sensibilities.

My artistic influences range from the turbulent, luminous seascapes of J. M. W. Turner to the stark, quietly charged scenes painted by Edward Hopper. These visual touchstones shape my perspective, giving my work an introspective, atmospheric quality that bridges Mediterranean warmth with Northern mood.
