Dana Ridenour

Dana Ridenour is a distinguished Newport Beach–based painter whose vibrant, tropical-inspired works capture the essence of island life. Raised in Hawaii, Dana’s childhood infused her art with the memories of beach days, Polynesian dance, and sun-drenched landscapes elements that continue to shape her aesthetic today.

Her artistic journey flourished through studies at the University of Lorenzo de’ Medici in Florence, where immersion in Italian Renaissance masterworks fueled her passion for painting and drawing

She further honed her craft at The Art Institute in Laguna Beach, cultivating a distinctive style celebrated for its bold color palette, expressive brushwork, and rich storytelling
