Jaime Martinez Valero

Jaime Martínez Valero: a multidisciplinary artist whose work ranges from drawing and painting to sculpture, committed to the search and creation of beauty, his works are simple, austere, and sober; in them one can appreciate the influence of his work in the field of architecture.

He began his artistic training at age 12, studying drawing at the Soria School of Arts. He attended painting classes (oil and watercolor) and completed a life drawing course (charcoal, sanguine), combining these with his professional training, first as a draftsman for buildings and construction projects, and later beginning his studies in Technical Architecture. In his professional life, he alternates between work in architecture and advertising design.
He graduated with a degree in Art History from the National University of Distance Education (UNED). For five years, he trained as a sculptor at the Tarragona School of Arts and was a founding member of the artists' group "Tallamtar."
He graduated with a degree in Fine Arts from the University of Barcelona (UB).
