Mina Souaqi

I am a Moroccan visual artist working between painting, thread and textile forms. My work explores memory, inner conflict and the fragile presence of the human body.

I use color, layers and handmade textures to create forms that seem to move, break and come together again. Moroccan and Amazigh visual culture is part of my background, but I let it appear as a trace rather than a fixed symbol.

Through my work, I try to create a space where viewers can feel something personal and human.
