Zakhari Scott

My father, Carl Henry Scott, was the artist. He unfortunately passed away December of 2023. He left behind many beautiful paintings and they deserve to be displayed and not tucked away forever. His talent speaks for itself because he lived and breathed art. Some will never be sold, but some of them should be on walls. In that way, my father continues to live on.

He was a graduate of the Memphis College of Art, received the Arkansas Arts Council's Artist of the Year award, and created public art like the "Musical Heritage" mural in West Memphis, as well as many other paintings and projects around the Mid-South.
