My name is Sergey Galstyan, I was born on February 4, 1965, and I am a member of the Union of Artists of Armenia.
In my work, I strive to capture that elusive emotional state of nature that touches the soul. For me, a landscape is not just a depiction of a place, but an opportunity to express mood, inner experience, and the feeling of a moment.
I work in an impressionistic style, focusing on texture and light to create a strong sense of presence. I love playing with golden-brown earth tones, greenish-blue hues of air and water, and silvery-gray shades of the sky. Through this interaction of colors, I try to convey the emotional depth of the landscape and invite the viewer to a dialogue between the soul and nature.
My works are in private collections in more than 20 countries around the world. I have also contributed to public art, including the artistic design of the Yeritasardakan metro station in Yerevan, and I have been teaching at P. Terlemezyan Yerevan State Art College since 1998.
