Ilenia Lombardo

I am an Italian artist working primarily with sculpted polystyrene as a contemporary expressive medium.

My work explores form, light and volume through abstract sculptures, functional art pieces and scenographic objects. Using a material traditionally considered industrial and fragile, I transform it into unique artistic creations that blur the line between sculpture, design and installation.

Each piece is handmade, shaped and finished to emphasize texture, contrast and emotional impact, resulting in one-of-a-kind works that invite the viewer to reconsider materials, space and everyday objects through an artistic lens.
