Abstract Art Gallery is a contemporary art gallery founded in 2010, dedicated to abstract art, sculptural research, and the exploration of materials, texture, depth and spatial perception.
The gallery is led by Maria Ruisi — artist, researcher and creator — whose practice draws from a multidisciplinary background spanning fine arts, interior design, and material science. Her work is defined by continuous artistic inquiry and a rigorous, research-driven approach to creation.
Over fifteen years, the gallery has built a distinctive artistic identity through close collaboration with researchers, engineers and material specialists, allowing each artwork to achieve exceptional precision, durability and aesthetic coherence.

The gallery presents original contemporary abstract artworks across four signature directions:
Minimalist abstract compositions, sculptural and textured relief works, three-dimensional architectural pieces, and large-scale wall artworks conceived for bold spatial presence.

Born in Riga in 1983, Maria Ruisi is an artist, researcher, entrepreneur and the founding artistic director of Abstract Art Gallery — established in 2010 and now present across Europe and the Middle East.Her practice stands at the rare intersection of fine arts, interior architecture, material science and design engineering.
