Naya Miel

Hi, I’m Naya Miel. I create art at the intersection of abstract expressionism, neo-pop art, and emotional minimalism. Before dedicating myself fully to painting, I spent many years working as a graphic design professional. This experience gave me a valuable foundation—it taught me how to play with composition, shape, and balance, which I now bring to the canvas using acrylics and mixed media.
For me, art is a way to explore the invisible—human emotions, the inner world, and that fragile moment where chaos meets stillness. I gather all of this into my main series, The Color Mind. It has four distinct faces: from powerful, expressive pure abstractions and modern portraits to fluid forms inspired by nature. Through them, I try to capture specific states of mind and translate them into visual energy.
I am deeply inspired by the Japanese philosophy of "Wa" (harmony and balance) and I always look for the beauty of silence in our otherwise noisy world. Perhaps that is why my personal signature combines seemingly incompatible elements—bright, electric neon accents with earthy, muted tones. I believe that color is not just seen with the eyes, but felt with the soul.
