My documentary photography is driven by a commitment to truth, responsibility, and storytelling. I document real lives and real moments as they exist unposed, unfiltered, and grounded in context. Through my work, I seek to preserve realities that are often ignored, misunderstood, or forgotten, using photography as both evidence and voice.
I work with patience and intention, allowing stories to unfold naturally rather than imposing direction. This approach enables me to capture moments of honesty expressions, gestures, and environments that reveal deeper narratives about identity, struggle, resilience, and everyday existence. Light and composition serve the story, but authenticity remains the foundation of every frame.
My process is immersive. I spend time within communities and spaces, building trust and understanding before making photographs. This closeness allows my images to move beyond surface observation and reflect lived experience with dignity and respect. I believe documentary photography carries an ethical responsibility: not just to show what is happening, but to show it truthfully and humanely.
