Nicole Sabella

Nicole Sabella was born in Youngstown Ohio in 1973. She developed a love of art, music and literature early on and continued that love throughout her adult life. Nicole is a published writer of poetry and short stories and has been painting her entire life. Since moving to Canada, in 2008, she has continued writing and painting and this collection here, on Saatchi art is her first public showing. While Nicole's work cannot be considered classic portraiture, she draws on elements of surrealism, portraiture and contemporary folk art. Nicole is interested in the relationships between human expression, psychology and art.
