Patricia Sarahit Alvarez Andrade

I am a self taught Venezuelan artist. My work is a bridge between my roots and my travels, using art as a primary language where words fall short.

Coming from a background in ballet and a family focused on sports and logic, I found in painting a necessary space for expression. My practice currently explores two main paths: the botanical nostalgia of Venezuela centered on the orchids from my grandmother’s garden and the "Emotional Cartography" of human experiences.

Through oil and watercolor, I seek to translate memories, intimacy, and the cathartic release of feelings into a visual perspective. My goal is to show the world not just as I see it, but as I experience it.
