I am a contemporary artist working with painting and material - based abstraction.
My practice is grounded in a slow, hands - on process that explores structure, surface, and quiet presence.

I work primarily with painting and textile - based techniques, allowing material and form to develop through time rather than urgency. Layering, restraint, and balance play a central role in my work, creating compositions that hold space without demanding attention.

My paintings often exist as physical objects rather than images alone. Unframed and textural, they emphasize surface, weight, and the relationship between form and space. The work invites sustained viewing, where subtle shifts in light, distance, and proximity become part of the experience.

Alongside painting, I work with hand - based textile processes such as quilting and punch needle. These practices inform my approach to material and rhythm, reinforcing an attentiveness to repetition, density, and touch.

Across all mediums, my work is less concerned with narrative and more focused on presence - how a work occupies space, how it settles over time, and how it can be encountered quietly within daily life.
