This body of work emerged from rupture — from the experience of leaving home and beginning again. What started as displacement evolved into structure.

These square relief compositions are built from deliberate fractures. The cracks are not damage, but design. Within these surfaces, viewers often recognize their own turning points — moments of loss, change, and reinvention.

Gold leaf symbolizes strength, heritage, and cultural richness. Silver reflects memory, grief, and endurance. Together they hold a universal tension between vulnerability and power.

As Carl Jung wrote, “The wound is the place where the Light enters you.”
Here, fracture becomes form — and form becomes light.

Because what breaks us can also define us.
