Nur Jahan Hasan

I am a contemporary minimalist abstract artist with a background in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. My work is driven by structure, proportion, and controlled tension. I explore how minimal forms can carry emotional weight through deliberate composition and textured surfaces.

Influenced by architectural balance and spatial logic, my paintings focus on restraint rather than excess. Each piece is constructed with intention — where silence, line, and surface become the primary language. I am particularly interested in how simplicity can dominate a space and create psychological presence without noise.

Working primarily on large-scale canvases, I create pieces designed to live within modern interiors, offering collectors work that is both disciplined and emotionally charged.
