In my painting like in my life, I am looking for freedom. I try to obey only one rule : joy should guide my practice and choices.
It's not as easy as you think ! But to me the only valuable research.

So please enjoy my punky chaos.

I was born in France in 1983, in Paris, where I studied sciences ans obtained an engineering degree. I have practiced various professions, always curious for something new. Creating has always been part of my life. I live in Germany since 2020, and gave in 2024 professional direction to my practice.

I moved away from all academism to go towards this almost childish aspect of the painting that I have always liked. Playing with colors, with the viewer or reader, exploring the banal of everyday experiences allows me to express my irony vis à vis imposed codes, and my rejection of any dogma or overinterpretation of what painting should be. The colors, the choice of my subjects, seeks to express the raw radiance of the being that simply exists.

I work as spontaneously as possible, mixing directly on the sheet. I like to use school supplies, using for example the particular texture of worn markers. I have fun with misses of proportions, with imperfections, with the fragility that emerges from the characters I paint. Because in the end, aren’t we all fragile, little humans and animals, holders of a short life that slips out of one's hands when one trys to grasp it?
