Julianna Tulinova

I'm Julianna Tulinova, a contemporary Ukrainian artist whose work is rooted in a constant pursuit of mastery and refinement. My work is dominated by delicate, provocative, predominantly female portraits and conceptual art that emerge in states of heightened perception—in those moments when the emotional resonance of an experience or thought crystallizes into form on the canvas. Each painting is conceived as an intimate, contemplative object, where atmosphere and inner presence become the central narrative.
My conceptual works explore humanity’s place in the universe and prompt reflection on the subject of true values. I have several series of female portraits (“Summer Haze,” “Mermaid,” “Beauty from the Darkness”) that celebrate the beauty and fragility of female imagery in the modern world.

2018–2020: Courses in thematic and portrait painting at the “Creative Kitchen” Academy in Kyiv

I have repeatedly participated in regular, all-Ukrainian exhibitions held in the capital of Ukraine, Kyiv, at the Central House of Artists “Picturesque Ukraine”, “Christmas Vernissage” and at the National Center “Ukrainian House”. In 2019, I had a personal exhibition “Colors of the World”. 2023: Participated in the “Colorful Ukraine” exhibition, Kyiv.
