I am a Japanese artist working at the intersection of pop art and the urban culture that shaped my generation. Growing up immersed in the visual world of 1980s and 90s Japan, I developed a fascination with the energy of street culture, the aesthetics of youth, and the quiet beauty found in everyday moments.
My work revolves around minimalist portraits — primarily of young women — rendered with clean lines, bright colors and a simplicity that I hope carries emotional depth beneath its surface. I work mainly in silkscreen and painting, and I am drawn to the idea of capturing something fleeting: the particular light of a moment, the fragile beauty of youth, the tension between nostalgia and the present.
I began my practice in urban art before gradually moving into gallery spaces, first in Japan and now increasingly abroad. What drives me is the dialogue between Eastern and Western visual cultures — the way they inform, challenge and enrich each other. I try to create work that feels rooted in Japanese sensibility while remaining open to the world beyond it.
My works are currently represented and sold through LynArt Gallery, an online contemporary art gallery based in France. Through this collaboration, my work reaches an international collector base, and I am proud to be part of a gallery that shares my commitment to bringing contemporary art to a wider audience.
