Sr D

Sr.d is an urban artist known for his unique blend of contemporary iconography and classic portraiture, featuring anthropomorphic dogs in everyday scenes. Using techniques like serigraphy, stencils, stickers, acrylics, and paste-ups, he creates vivid allegories of daily life. Sr. d’s work, which reflects on the human condition through the canine form, has gained international recognition and has been showcased at various street art festivals. His innovative approach, resonating with audiences who appreciate the fusion of urban art and cultural symbolism.

He began and developed his work 20 years ago in the streets of Santiago de Chile with the objective of generating a reflection with “Allegories of everyday life” using mainly stencil, silkscreen and sticker techniques.

The acceptance and curiosity of those who were related to the interventions motivated Sr.d to explore other media, techniques and materialities such as: acrylic on canvas and silkscreen on canvas. The incorporation of these formats generates a new reading and relationship of the spectator with the work.
