Hello, my name is YH. I am hearing impaired who uses cochlear implants to be able to hear, and I’m also a Special Education teacher.

For a long time, I used to hide my cochlear implants. I felt ashamed and feared being seen as "different." However, this only made things worse. I didn’t receive the accommodations I needed, which led me to feel ever more isolated and less connected to my environment.

Today, I understand that exposing my hearing implants allowed people around me to better understand my needs and accept me for who I am. This exposure has built pride with my special needs and empowered me to continue asking what I require.

Introducing The Voice of Awareness

I decided to establish this store, "The Voice of Awareness," to turn my personal journey into a powerful movement. Here, I design unique messages with the help of AI, all focused on special needs and inclusion.

My store highlights critical topics by showcasing and explaining various disabilities and conditions, including: Autism, Learning Disabilities, ADHD, Hearing Impairments, Physical Disabilities, and Mental Health Disorders.
Our products are designed for everyone: disabled individuals, special education and therapeutic professionals, and the supportive circle around them; family members, friends, etc

Our Purpose and Products

My store’s messages highlights both the challenges and the strengths within each disability. We emphasize the importance of accessibility, and we provide tools for the community to better understand and embrace diversity through thoughtful behavior and respectful dialogue.

Ultimately, my mission is to empower and strengthen people with disabilities to accept and love themselves.
