Marco Rubiero

The two strands that I have chosen to express myself are those of the portrait and the nude, given the innate tendency to draw, I scrutinize the female body and imprint nudes or portraits on the works, which are the transposition of diversified states of mind. I admire the body and shapes, and I depict women who often adore their bodies and show it off. I use material backgrounds, more specifically sandy, with some inserts of stucco and plaster to feel the material, the earth, and therefore remember where it comes from. I also insert sheets of newspapers and fabrics and fragments of jute cloth, which signify our daily life, where all of us are involved.
The artistic world of Marco Rubiero is very complex with his very accurate and effective figures of women and portraits. The artist scrutinizes the female body and imprints nudes on the works which are the transposition of diversified moods. Born in Cavarzere on 22 May 1976, Marco Rubiero has always lived in Adria (Rovigo)
In 2002 he began to dedicate himself to drawing and studying the human figure, (Portraits and nude)
In 2003 he attended a painting course at the International Graphics School in the city of Venice.
In 2004 he attended the free nude course for a few lessons at the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice.
There are numerous exhibitions of his in Italy and abroad and his paintings have become part of public and private collections.
His artistic training benefits from the Renaissance lessons of Michelangelo and Caravaggio, and from Klimt's nudes
his research passes through moods, silences and restless depictions
conceptual and surreal paths.
In the figurative he condenses all his artistic experiences and which tends to exalt beauty as perfection of the soul; therefore to a personal vision of the infinite.
Parallel to his expressive research, his work is characterized by the creation of numerous portraits for private commissions.
The artist's permanent exhibition is in his art studio in Loc. Botti Barbarighe 10, Municipality of Cavarzere (Venice).
