Ahmad Mokalalaty

Born in 1960, Ahmad Mohammad Saeed Mokalalaty is a multidisciplinary artist whose creative journey spans over 50 years. Raised in an environment that nurtured his early passion for drawing, he gained international recognition in global art competitions from a young age. In 1974, Mokalalaty transitioned into the world of sculpture, discovering an innate talent for wood carving and three-dimensional form.

His signature style is defined by a unique fusion of fine art painting and intricate sculpture, a pioneering integrated approach. He is particularly renowned for his spiritual and heritage-driven works, which include the carving of Quranic verses and the design of traditional doors for mosques and palaces. Drawing deep inspiration from the Islamic architectural legacies of Jerusalem and Andalusia, his work bridges the gap between historical craftsmanship and contemporary innovation. His extensive portfolio includes hundreds of sculptural paintings, decorative works, and fine art pieces.
