Parsa Hosseinpour is a Berlin-based painter whose practice explores memory, emotional residue, and the fragile boundaries between presence and absence.
Working primarily with oil on canvas, her paintings emerge through layered processes of erasure and reconstruction, where figures often appear suspended in ambiguous, dreamlike spaces. Her work reflects a tension between intimacy and distance, translating personal and collective experiences into quiet, contemplative visual narratives.
Parsa’s recent works investigate themes of displacement, longing, and the body as a site of memory, informed by her ongoing transition between cultural and geographic contexts.
Independent artist with a continuous self-directed practice in painting and visual arts.
