My Story

As a student, I encountered borosilicate glass art and was captivated by its fantastical light, spending every coin I had on a small pendant. For 23 years, I sought to recreate that world on canvas through watercolor, oil, digital painting, and photorealistic 3DCG, yet none could fully capture it. In this work, every figure, background, and composition is painted by my own hand. Only the glass-like light and depth are created using my independently developed Borosilicate Glass AI, trained solely on licensed works. By sealing that light within resin, I finally found the answer I had pursued since that day.

While studying at Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, the artist simultaneously attended a specialized art school to study painting fundamentals and actively created works through the university’s fine arts club. After encountering borosilicate glass art, the artist pursued both emerging digital technologies and traditional painting approaches, eventually establishing a unique canvas expression that combines painting, resin, and independently developed AI techniques.
