Elizabeth Priller (Chicago, 1980) is a contemporary watercolor and mixed-media artist whose work explores identity, resilience, and the spaces between who we are and who we are becoming. A former nurse leader and educator with more than 25 years of experience, Elizabeth brings a deep understanding of humanity, complexity, and care into her creative practice.
As a disabled artist living with chronic illness, her relationship with art has become both an act of expression and a way of reclaiming herself beyond productivity and expectation. Her work is rooted in the belief that art can hold complexity without needing to resolve it, and that beauty can exist alongside struggle.
Through vivid color, fluid movement, and expressive figurative forms, Elizabeth creates art that invites viewers to pause, feel, and perhaps experience what she hopes her work offers: a moment that feels like an exhale.
