Born in Amsterdam, Dutch artist Hans Mooijer began his photographic journey in the mid-eighties, developing a deep fascination for beauty, form and human expression. During the 1990s he photographed Haute Couture collections and created editorials for leading magazines in the Netherlands and abroad.

With more than four decades of experience, Hans has developed a distinctive visual language that balances sophistication, sensuality and raw emotion. His work explores the relationship between beauty, identity and atmosphere — transforming fashion and portrait photography into timeless fine art.

Inspired by cinema, classical portraiture and the power of the human silhouette, Hans creates images that exist between reality and imagination. His photographs are recognized for their refined composition, poetic storytelling and unmistakable signature style.
