As a child, I painted everything. Paper, jars, whatever was within reach. Color was never a choice, it was simply how I existed.
The world has a way of making us smaller than we are. Quietly, persistently, until we learn to take up less space. For a long time, I did.
After decades of living, building, and finding my way back to myself, I returned to paint. This time on canvas. This time with everything I have.
My work is abstract, not because it follows a movement, but because what I paint cannot always be named. It can only be felt.
My paintings are for those who feel before they think. Each piece carries its own energy, fluid, geometric, explosive, quiet…because I’m not one thing, and neither is my work. Collectors, curators, and wandering eyes alike will find that no two pieces ask the same of you. That is intentional. Expect nothing. Feel everything
And somewhere on every piece, you will find a red mark. Unexpected. Instinctive. Mine. It may not match the painting, it was never meant to.

My background, academic training in Psychology, with specializations in Positive Psychology, Executive Leadership Development, and Emotional Intelligence has been devoted to understanding people and standing alongside them in their development and transformation. Their blocks, their beliefs, and the process of freeing the best in each person so they can live fully. That same lens on the human being also runs through my work as an artist
