I am a Delhi based artist and facilitator working across painting, photography, poetry, video, and participatory art making. My practice is rooted in deep self observation, and I often approach art making as a way of understanding and processing lived experience. Through layered abstract paintings created using the meditative technique of stippling, I explore subtle movements of thought, memory, perception, and emotional states.
Alongside my studio practice, I run collaborative and process based art workshops through my initiative, Dots on Canvas. Conducted across Delhi NCR, Himachal, and Auroville, these workshops invite participants to step away from analytical thinking and engage more intuitively with materials through collective painting processes. I am interested in creating spaces that encourage introspection, non judgment, play, and shared creation, and in exploring how art can become a space for inner stillness, connection, and transformation.
