esthetic Economics is an ongoing exploration of how the human body is shaped, evaluated and negotiated within contemporary systems of value. In this series, I examine the tension between physical identity and the external forces that attempt to measure, optimise or commodify it. Each work combines expressive figurative elements with layered abstract fields, creating a visual language that mirrors the complexity of living under constant social and economic pressure.
The figures in these paintings are never passive. They fold into themselves, resist, dissolve or re‑emerge, surrounded by colour fields that behave like emotional, digital or economic environments. Subtle symbolic elements — fragments of communication, traces of data, administrative echoes — appear not as literal icons but as atmospheric disruptions. They represent the systems that classify us: social media, bureaucracy, digital identity, the quiet but persistent machinery of modern life.
