Kateryna Volodymyrova

Hello you, and here about me - I was born and raised in Kyiv in a happy, large, and creative family, where I was always surrounded by love, care, and, of course, art. I began drawing in early childhood, later earning a professional higher degree in design alongside studies in art history. In 2024, I relocated from Ukraine to Montreal, Canada, embarking on a new path and a new answer.

Painting, photography, clothing, a word, a gesture, a gaze, or an interior piece—each is always an adventure into the subconscious. It is an answer through creation, through the art object itself: a response so expressive, truthful, and free. An artist is like a mirror or a television screen: looking at an artist’s paintings, you can sense what lies within—whether it is a gift or a curse, love or hatred, sugar or salt, ice, heat pouring from the heart, or ashes from the depths of the soul. Sometimes it may not be what you expect, but it is real, and I will show you my answer through the sincerity and purity of my works.

Completed higher education, earning a Bachelor's degree in Design and Master's coursework in Art History.

I have participated in several exhibitions in Kyiv, some my works are held in private collections.
