I’ve been painting more seriously for about a year and a half, although the urge to create has been with me for much longer quietly, in the background, waiting for the right moment to take shape.
Painting became a way to slow things down. Not necessarily to escape, but to understand moods, thoughts, and the spaces in between. It’s less about perfect outcomes and more about the process of translating something internal into something visible.

I mainly work with acrylics, drawn to their immediacy and versatility, but I’ve also experimented with watercolor, which has taught me a different kind of patience. I still feel like I’m at the beginning of something, with a lot to explore and refine and that’s exactly what keeps it exciting. :)
