Andreas Odersky

I'm a self-taught photographer and I work with both digital and analogue photography, exploring the space between observation and interpretation. Rather than documenting reality, I am interested in transforming ordinary moments into images that evoke atmosphere, memory, and emotion.
My practice combines traditional photography with experimental techniques such as intentional camera movement (ICM), multiple exposures, and self-manipulated analogue film. Whether photographing animals, landscapes, urban environments, or abstract forms, I seek simplicity, texture, and a visual language that invites viewers to slow down and look beyond the obvious.

For me, photography is not only about recording what exists - it is about discovering new ways of seeing.
