I am an Argentine printmaker.

I discovered printmaking through drawing, but it was the printing process that truly captured me. I am fascinated by the physical nature of working with a matrix: carving it, inking it, placing it on the press, and revealing the print. It is a slow, hands-on, deeply tactile process that transforms a drawn image into something new.

What I love most about printmaking is that no two prints are ever exactly alike. Even when they come from the same matrix and belong to the same edition, each impression has its own identity. I like to think of it as nature itself: no two leaves, stones, or people are exactly the same, and neither are two prints. The subtle variations created by the interaction between the matrix, the ink, the paper, and the printing process are part of the essence and beauty of printmaking.

My work is figurative and explores human emotions and feelings. I am not interested in judging, preaching, or offering definitive answers. Instead, I seek to create images that invite a more humane and empathetic way of looking, awakening an emotion or a question without imposing an interpretation.
