Rajesh Kumar Panda is a Fine Artist, Textile Designer, Design Educator, and emerging Research Scholar with over 28 years of professional experience in art, design, textiles, and creative education. He holds a Master's Degree in Fine Arts (Graphic Art) from Utkal University of Culture, Odisha, and has built a distinguished career by combining artistic excellence with innovative design solutions.

Throughout his career, he has worked extensively in the fields of handlooms, textiles, handicrafts, graphic design, and product development. As an Associate Designer with the Handlooms, Textiles & Handicrafts Department, Government of Odisha, and through UNDP-supported initiatives, he has contributed to design innovation, artisan empowerment, and the preservation of India's rich cultural heritage.

In addition to his professional practice, Rajesh has served as a Design Educator, delivering postgraduate-level lectures in Textile Design and mentoring aspiring artists and designers. His expertise spans fine art, acrylic painting, textile design, visual communication, branding, product development, and digital design using Adobe Creative Suite.
