Born in France in 2001 and based in Paris, David Aubertin is a multidisciplinary artist working across photography, painting, sculpture, and 3D modeling.
Aubertin’s practice explores 'corporality' as a site of intimacy, memory, and transformation. His work interrogates how bodies are constructed, interconnected, and altered. In his narratives, the body is never isolated; it exists in dialogue with other envelopes, social norms, and the passage of time. By reconfiguring this collective corporality as a fragile yet balanced breach, Aubertin induces a vulnerable and political reinvention of the shared.
He studied at the Faculty of Fine Arts of Salamanca from 2022 to 2023, before obtaining a master’s degree from the University of Paris 8 in 2026.
His work is currently part of the collection at the Kominek Gallery in Berlin.
