Tetiana Popyk

Tetiana Popyk (Tanita) is a Ukrainian photographer and visual artist working between
Luxembourg and France. Born in Ukraine in 1988.
Her practice explores identity as a fluid and evolving condition shaped by memory, cultural
narratives, and inherited visual codes.
Working primarily with photography, she expands the image through material
interventions such as stitching, layering, and textile integration. Her works investigate
the body not as a fixed representation, but as a space of transformation,
fragmentation, and reconstruction.
Her work has been presented in exhibitions in Luxembourg and internationally.
Recent projects focus on the intersection between photography, materiality, and
contemporary representations of femininity and identity.
