I get lost for hours, turning thoughts, memories and feelings into something physical.

I don’t paint what I see. I paint what I think.

Sometimes it’s beautiful. Sometimes it’s uncomfortable. Usually it’s both.

Creativity wasn’t something I needed to be taught. Expression came first. Technique followed.
