Bahar Uyandiran

BAHAR UYANDIRAN
Born in 1979, Bahar Uyandiran graduated in 2002 from the Painting Department of Mimar Sinan University Faculty of Fine Arts, where she studied in the studio of Prof. Nese Erdok.
Since graduating, alongside her painting practice, she has worked extensively in theatre, film, and television, serving as an art director as well as a stage and costume designer for numerous productions.
Developing her artistic practice across multiple disciplines, Uyandiran has participated in numerous group exhibitions throughout her career. Her work explores the expressive possibilities of color, texture, and abstraction, reflecting a continuous engagement with contemporary visual language.
She currently continues her artistic production and teaching practice in her own studio, where she works as both a painter and an art instructor.
Based in Istanbul, Bahar Uyandiran remains actively engaged in creating, exhibiting, and sharing her artistic experience through workshops and educational programs.
