Amjad Hussain

I'm a painter based in Islamabad, Pakistan, with four decades of experience and over 6,000 original works sold, recognized as one of Pakistan's well-known artists. My practice began with landscapes and has grown, over the last decade, into figurative and abstract work as well. I've exhibited widely, including a solo show at Alliance Française Islamabad, two-person shows with senior landscape painter Ghulam Rasool, and group exhibitions across Lahore and Karachi. My work is held in gallery collections in Islamabad and Lahore. Today, I work across three series — *The Flight*, *Mother and Daughter*, and *Just Her* — each exploring connection and the quiet moments that pass between people without words.
