For as long as I can remember, art has been my sanctuary, my visual outlet, and my escape into a world of harmony and peace.

Born in Beirut, Lebanon, during the war, my traumatized parents fled with me and my sister to Germany as war refugees in 1987.
Growing up in Germany meant constantly navigating between two entirely different worlds. A challenging environment shaped by trauma, rigid cultural traditions, and religious expectations that left deep scars, the canvas became the only place where I could safely hide. It was my refuge from a painful reality.

While my lifelong fascination with beauty, aesthetics, and the desire to create eventually led me to graduate as a state-approved fashion designer, fine art was always the true rhythm beating inside me. Two years ago, after a long hiatus, I picked up the brush once again. It was a vital, necessary return—a sudden pouring out of decades of suppressed experiences, silent battles, and profound memories. Today, you can see and feel this raw, lived history in every single brushstroke.
