Amany Ahmed

Amany Nabil is an Egyptian visual artist whose practice explores mixed media, incorporating ink, acrylic, textiles, embroidery, and gold leaf. Her work explores memory, heritage, and the relationship between traditional handcraft techniques and contemporary visual expression.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Art Education from Helwan University, Egypt, in 2010. Alongside her artistic practice, she is the Co-Founder and Board Member of La Suave Trading Company.

In 2026, she was awarded a Full-Time Artistic Grant by the Egyptian Ministry of Culture in recognition of her artistic practice.
