Vincenzo Attanasio

My artistic research navigates the fine line between urban regeneration and the investigation of post-human identity. Rooted in a thirty-year practice originating in Street Art, I have explored public space not merely as a canvas, but as a site for social dialogue, bringing wide-ranging projects to complex environments such as public schools and the historic center of Naples.

My work merges the expressive power of the urban mark with sculpture and works on canvas and various substrates, employing a wide range of techniques including oil painting, acrylics, printmaking, and mixed media. This constant evolution of visual language marked a key milestone with my inclusion in Napoli Expo Art Polis at PAN - Palazzo delle Arti Napoli, an important moment of dialogue within the city's contemporary art scene.

This versatility has allowed me to translate the tension of the street into theatrical set designs and exhibition installations, where physical materials — manipulated and decorated — become tools to reflect on contemporary consciousness.
