Daria Kuznetsova

I am 26 years old, and I was born and raised in Chișinău, Moldova. From 2019 to 2023, I studied painting at the Academy of Arts.

In 2024, I held my first solo exhibition, "Umbra care tace", exploring urbanism and its impact on the inner world of the contemporary individual. In 2025, I presented "Carnival of Light", an exhibition combined with a musical performance created in collaboration with the band Ptichiy Ropot.

My work explores the expressive possibilities of colour, gesture, and composition, drawing on the traditions of Expressionism. I am particularly interested in the relationship between a person's inner state and their surrounding environment, and in how physical spaces and social realities shape our emotional and bodily experience of the world.
