I work in mixed media, using printmaking and installations to explore identity, migration, and shared human experience. My practice seeks to foster empathy and connection beyond language and borders, translating lived experience into sensory forms.
My work is divided between printmaking and inhabitable sculptures/installations. In my two-dimensional work, I explore screenprinting and weaving through wabi-sabi, using anatomical and natural imagery to reflect cycles of change, memory, and transformation. These layered works are open and symbolic. My installations extend these themes through space and body, encouraging reflection and self-awareness.
I am interested in the tension between digital precision and manual intervention, combining techniques such as embroidery, weaving, and laser processes to develop a language that bridges tradition and contemporary practice.
My recent work explores Japanese and Latin American symbolism, reflecting on displacement, adaptation, and cultural exchange through nature and anatomy as shared languages.
