Lukas Jankiewicz

Lukasz Lucjan Jankiewicz graduated from the University of Humanities in Wrocław, where he studied interior design and architecture. Despite this, his destiny lay in painting, drawing inspiration for his work from impressionism, skilfully and boldly juggling a strong palette of colours.
He is devoted to his own visions, playing with form and colour to bring his ideas to life. Expressing the deepest emotions and subtly presenting them in a world of feelings, distinct and sometimes sensual. His use of colour and texture play an important role in this work, reflecting his own personality in his creations.
Like his works, the artist is a multi-coloured character with a lively temperament. He is interested in the individuality of man and the effect of interactions with the world around him. The penetration of the external world into the interior is of great importance for the painter. In this way he breathes life into his artistic visions, which are usually the result of many searches and experiences. He draws inspiration from the environment, which is not always perfectly beautiful, from music and conversations with people.
