Taya Barishev

After working professionally in the field of architecture for six years, my artistic and creative work, which I always pursued on the side, began to consume more of my time, effort and interest. My passion for nature and art led me into the botanical illustration field where I could exercise my talents for precision drawing and painting.
From my architectural experience I developed an acute sensitivity for line and color that I was able to translate into my work.
My desire to experiment with new mediums, artistic techniques and styles eventually propelled me into a career as a visual artist. For a few years now I invest my time and focus into abstract art
