William Marvin

After graduating from Art Center in 1974 I moved to Chicago and began a career in graphic design encompassing corporate identity, magazine publishing, and illustration. I began to paint landscapes in 1995 and gradually developed an impressionistic approach to painting realistic landscapes. The work begins en plein air and is then enlarged and developed further in the studio.
