Shivanand Shagoti

Hailing from the cosmopolitan city, Bengaluru of India. My artworks touch upon various intrinsic values of human society. I am a passionate artist by nature and I have completed my graduation in fine arts from CAVA, University of Mysore.

My artworks, ideas, and innovations are themed around common man's routine life, urbanization, and corruption. Through inspiring and simplistic paintings, I try to breathe life to human emotions, behavior, modern life issues, and nature. Many of my paintings talk about concerns of society and ways to tackle it in a figurative way. I have participated in many prestigious art shows and exhibitions, which have made me grow as one of the most respected artists among the artist fraternity.

All of my paintings also have a nature of calmness in it that holds an intriguing element, which invites the beholder to think deeply about these paintings and create their own narratives. Since I love to experiment with rich tones of colors to bring out a common man's thought process on the canvas, the audience can easily relate to these works and make an instant connection.
