Nikola Smilkov

Nikola Smilkov (b. 1973, Štip, North Macedonia) is a sculptor of notable distinction whose work bridges tradition, pedagogy, and contemporary form. He studied at the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje, where he earned both his graduate and Master's degrees in sculpture under the mentorship of Prof. Dragan Poposki Dada (2002). In 2012, he completed a Doctorate in Art Teaching Methods at the Faculty of Pedagogy, University of St. Kliment Ohridski in Bitola.
