RECOGNITION
Facinated by arts and painting since her youth, Ela Köhler educated herself in classical painting. Stepstones of her artistical journey are the education as a graphic designer, the entitlement as a professional artist by the ministry for arts and culture in Warsaw, commissions for museums and schools in Poland, and national exhibitions.
In the late 1980's Ela Köhler moved to West Germany. Besides her own artistical working, she has offered private lessons leading into the opening of a public studio and a painting school in 2002.
